Maybe it has happened to you that you missed a call from someone unknown, because the phone number you saw did not appear on your phone or was shown as 'Private'. And maybe you are curious about who tried to call you. You can have a lookup by phone number at the "Trace Number" site. it is not only the number that you will get but you will also be able to see the owner's name and address. Isn't it cool. Too bad this service is available only for United States and Canada area not yet in our country :D
It is easy to try. You only have to fill in your phone number including the code area and then click search. Feel free to try.

There is a website called whitepages.com. I am not sure if it works outside of the US, but if it does, it is great! You just do phone reverse, enter the number and it tells you who the number is registered to.
