This morning I checked my weight and I was 0,5 kg lighter hihihihi... Maybe that is because I just woke up and still did not have breakfast yet, that's why I had less weight :D I am always wondering how to find diets that work so that it could help me lose some of my weight.
Maybe I should work out more often or do some sports. Like Jason with his mini badminton :D He still has some difficulty to hit the ball hihihi... But he is learning.
